The final assessment begins with A`HEAD mapping the candidate’s personality, motivations/interests, and potential derailers — the darker sides that may emerge under stress.

Next, our consultant conducts an in-depth, one-on-one interview. We also cover motivation, terms, and salary expectations. If desired, we collect references.

Finally, we hold a focused and insightful meeting where the consultant presents the findings. You get the clarity you need to make the right decision.

Psychometric tests

We use tests from Hogan Assesments.

The tests we always use are:

HPI - Hogan Personality Inventory, a personality test based on the Five-Factor Model (Big Five).

HDS - Hogan Development Survey, assessment of changes in behaviour under stress or boredom.

MVPI - Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory, the candidate's interests and values (motivators).

If requested, it is possible to supplement the analysis using additional tests:

Hogan Judgment - how you make decisions and how you deal with your own mistakes.

Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory - how one processes verbal and numerical information in a business context.

Raven's APM-III - Cognitive ability (IQ)
